How to Order

All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Complete and return the ‘Enquiry / Order form at the bottom of this page. If you require Fragrance Lists please let us know and we will send them to you via email or WhatsApp.

If preferred, you can also enquire or order by email, WhatsApp or phone. The following information is required with every order or enquiry:

1. Your first and last names
2.  Your full physical delivery address with postal code
3.  Your cellphone number

• Let us know what fragrances you want. Include the bottle sizes and quantity required.  If it is a ‘Special’ then let us know which ‘Special’ it is.  (See ‘Specials’ under Non-Stock Prices tab).
• We will then communicate with you to finalize your order, providing any assistance you may require. Note:  For Stock purchases, if you are unsure of which fragrances to choose – we can assist as we know what the ‘best sellers’ are.
• Your order and value will be confirmed to you by email or WhatsApp including Courier or Postnet cost. You would then deposit into our bank account (details below) and send proof of payment to us via email or Whatsapp (a pic is fine).
• If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card please ask for our quick and easy Payfast secure link to be emailed to you.
• If your order is finalized and payment made before 10.00 am on any workday, we will send your order via Courier service to your door or to your nearest Postnet (whichever is most convenient for you).  Most areas are next day or following day delivery, outlying areas a little longer.

Note:  The Couriers do not deliver or collect over week-ends or public holidays.  We use Fastway Couriers and Postnet.
